This photo was taken on my first camping trip in Lake Santeetlah, North Carolina when I moved to Georgia in the summer of 2024. This Turks-Cap Lily was all alone in the midst of the forest. It's how I felt being new to the Georgia area. But, it was blooming. And so is my life.

  • Some of my photographs are captured in horizontal (landscape) orientation—wider than they are tall—to emphasize broad scenes like mountain ranges, riverbanks, or expansive views. Others are shot in vertical (portrait) orientation—taller than they are wide—to better suit subjects with strong height, such as tall trees, figures, or dramatic foreground-to-background compositions.

    When you select a frame and print size, the final framed appearance depends on the original shape (aspect ratio) of the photo. We always aim for the best visual outcome:

    • If your chosen size matches the photo's natural proportions closely, we'll print it full-frame with minimal or no cropping.

    • If the selected size has a different aspect ratio (e.g., you pick a square or very wide frame for a tall portrait shot), we'll carefully crop the image to fit perfectly—removing only the least essential edges to preserve the core composition, subject, and impact.

    • This ensures the framed print looks balanced, professional, and true to the intended feel of the photograph, without awkward stretching or distortion.

    During customization, you'll see a real-time preview of how the crop will look with your chosen frame and size, so you can adjust options if needed for the ideal result.

    At Ivaughhhn, we strive to ensure every customer is thrilled with their custom fine art print. Because all prints are made-to-order based on your selections (including size, print type, framing, and personalization), they are considered custom products and are generally non-returnable or non-exchangeable except in specific cases outlined below.

    1. General Policy for Custom Prints

    • All sales are final for completed orders once production begins.

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect selection of size, frame, print type, or image (as these are custom-made specifically for you).

    • Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold.

    2. Exceptions: Defects, Damage, or Errors

    We stand behind the quality of our prints and will address issues promptly:

    • Defective or Damaged Prints If your print arrives damaged (e.g., scratches, dents, printing errors, or shipping damage) or does not match your selected specifications (e.g., wrong size/frame/print type due to our error), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

      • Order number

      • Photos of the issue/packaging

      • Description of the problem

      We will work with you to resolve it, which may include:

      • A reprint/replacement at no extra cost (most common resolution)

      • Partial or full refund (including original shipping, but excluding return shipping)

      • Store credit

    • Our Quality Guarantee Inspired by our printing partner's standards, we aim for perfection. If the issue stems from production, we'll make it right.

    3. Cancellations

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before production starts) for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.

    • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as custom production begins quickly.

    4. Return Process (If Approved)

    • Contact us first at Ivan@ivaughhhn.com or via the contact form on our site—do not ship anything back without approval.

    • Approved returns must be in original condition (unframed if possible, or carefully repackaged; no damage from customer handling).

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (in which case we'll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable costs).

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

    5. Shipping & Delivery Notes

    • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers (e.g., lost packages), though we'll assist in filing claims.

    • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
